The Blood Health AI mobile messaging program (the “Messaging Program”) is operated by Blood Health AI (“Blood Health AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Messaging Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms in addition to the remaining Terms of Service below.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to the Messaging Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from or on behalf of Blood Health AI at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or other messaging technology. Messages may include:
promotional offers and discounts;
product announcements and educational content;
abandoned-cart and checkout reminders;
order, shipping, and delivery updates;
account, activation-code, and security notices;
customer-service and support communications; and
other transactional or marketing messages related to Blood Health AI.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Blood Health AI.
Message and data rates may apply. Blood Health AI does not charge you for participating in the Messaging Program, but your wireless carrier may impose message, data, roaming, or other charges. You are solely responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan.
You may opt out of the Messaging Program at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Blood Health AI.
After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, we will not send further marketing text messages to that mobile number unless you separately opt in again.
Other words or requests may not be recognized as valid opt-out requests. Where required by law, we may also recognize other standard opt-out keywords, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.
Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary to complete or service a transaction you requested, where permitted by applicable law.
For assistance with the Messaging Program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at help@bloodhealthai.com.
By enrolling, you represent that:
you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided;
you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number;
the information you provide is accurate; and
you will notify us or opt out before transferring, cancelling, or changing the mobile number.
If your mobile number is reassigned to another person, you agree to opt out before the reassignment.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages.
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our complete control. The Messaging Program may not be available through every carrier, device, operating system, or geographic location.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Messaging Program or any of its features at any time, subject to applicable law.
We may also change the telephone number, short code, sender ID, or other method used to operate the Messaging Program. Opt-out or HELP requests sent to an outdated number or short code may not be received.
We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
We may use Postscript and other telecommunications, platform, technology, and service providers to operate and support the Messaging Program.
Information collected through the Messaging Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the Mobile Messaging Privacy Notice located at the top of that policy.
Your participation in the Messaging Program is also subject to applicable wireless-carrier requirements and messaging-industry standards.
